Instructions
Dry the Bread: Air Dry Method (1–2 days)
Slice or tear the bread into pieces.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet or rack.
Let sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 days until completely dry and crisp.
Dry the Bread: Oven Method (20 minutes)
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
Arrange bread in a single layer on baking sheets.
Bake 10 minutes, flip, then bake another 5–10 minutes until dry and crisp.
Cool completely.

Process into crumbs using a food processor, blender, or crush by hand.
Store
